Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders within the UAE are delivered within 1-2 working days when the delivery address is complete (emirate, area, street and building or villa number) or a location pin is shared. Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day. Incomplete addresses may delay delivery. For orders from outside the UAE, communication needs to be established to identify an appropriate means of shipping that is accepted by both parties.
